Delete your WxYapper account

To request deletion of your WxYapper account and the data associated with it:

1. Email support@cardinaliswebdevelopment.com from the email address on your account (or tell us which address is on the account if you no longer have access to it).
2. Use the subject line "Delete my WxYapper account" and ask us to delete your account.
3. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete.

When your account is deleted, we delete your sign-in account and associated event data stored for that account, including saved events and shared event outlook links tied to your account. Saved location and display preferences stored only on your device are cleared when you remove the app or clear its data.

We may retain certain information as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements). See the Privacy Policy for retention details.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete individual saved events from the app using the event options menu without deleting your account. You can also stop sharing an event outlook at any time, which immediately disables access through that shared link. For other data requests, email support@cardinaliswebdevelopment.com.

Response time

We aim to respond within a few business days. Messages received on weekends or U.S. holidays may take longer.
